Our Integrations team ensures a seamless onboarding journey for every client, from data ingestion to full operational readiness, by building scalable pipelines, running reconciliations, and aligning client-specific requirements with Cardo's product capabilities.

The Role

We're looking for an
Integrations Team Project Manager
to orchestrate delivery across multiple client projects and act as the main coordination point between the
Integrations team people)
and our clients.

This person will balance
people allocation, project prioritization, and client communication
, ensuring that we deliver high quality integrations on time, while optimizing the team's workload and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of client integrations, from kick-off to production go-live.
  • Maintain a consolidated project roadmap across all integrations.
  • Set clear priorities and ensure timely progress on parallel client projects.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and resource allocation, proactively escalating bottlenecks.

Team Coordination & Resource Allocation

  • Plan and balance team workload across 20-25 integration specialists.
  • Work with technical leads to scope tasks, estimate effort, and allocate ownership.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing, documentation, and standardization across integrations.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the communication window for clients during the integration phase.
  • Manage expectations around timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate status updates and ensure alignment with Client Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

Process & Quality Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to accelerate delivery.
  • Standardize integration workflows and documentation across client projects.
  • Track KPIs (time-to-integrate, data quality, delivery success rate) and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3-6 years
    of experience in
    project or delivery management
    in a technical environment (data integration, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software).
  • Strong understanding of
    data onboarding workflows
  • ideally in financial services (private credit, ABS, CLOs, or structured lending).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (external and internal, including developers, data analysts, client success).
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and analytical mindset: able to structure chaos and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with
    loan-level data
    ,
    fund reporting
    , or
    structured finance
    workflows.
  • Prior exposure to
    banking, investment management, or asset servicing
    environments.
  • Experience with
    Jira, ClickUp, or similar
    project management tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
