KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.

Specifically, when you join the Customer & Operations Team in Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process. You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Governance of the business process mapping and re-engineering project
  • Organisational analysis and design
  • Project and change management
  • Target operating model design

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • A master's degree in Management Engineering or Energy Engineering
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
