Position
The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician performs mechanical and electrical maintenance activities on production equipment in order to ensure the efficiency of the equipment through repair activities, prevention of breakdowns and anomalies, and improvement activities.
Must ensure the efficiency of auxiliary equipment and use the most appropriate mix of types of maintenance (breakdown, periodic, preventive, and improvement) to maintain the optimal condition of equipment in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Perform failure analysis and root cause research
Perform maintenance work on facilities
Support Autonomous Maintenance
Perform commissioning of new plants
Follow the management of spare parts
Perform analysis of replaced components
Manage the maintenance box
Collaborate to create a zero-failure culture
Environmental management
Requirements
Diploma from a technical institute with a mechanical-mechatronics focus
Knowledge of the basic elements of mechanical technology, including elements of electromechanics
Knowledge of the principles of pneumatics, hydraulics, hydraulics and electronics
Knowledge of machine tools and/or assembly lines
Knowledge of mechanical drawing
Diagnostic skills
Relational and organizational skills
Good knowledge of the English language
Residence in the surrounding areas of Reggio Emilia is appreciated
