For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst Internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for the development of digital tools and AI solutions for the commercial area.
  • Interact with the sales force to provide operational and analytical support, facilitating the collection of feedback and the resolution of issues through the use and updating of the company CRM and Power BI reporting, with the goal of improving the quality of information, the effectiveness of commercial activities, and the monitoring of KPIs.
  • Support business growth and innovation by analyzing market and performance data, helping to identify new opportunities and shape effective commercial strategies.
  • Updating and checking Power BI reports (data quality check, refresh, validations), maintenance of master data.
  • Activities of setup, simulation, and checking of the order taking tool.
  • Collaboration with the team and with other functions such as Marketing, Controlling, IT, Customer Care and Supply, with the goal of constantly optimizing business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields.

Required Skills:

  • Interest in data analysis, reporting, and digital innovation.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PPT.
  • Knowledge of English language.

Preferred Skills:

  • Nice to have: knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
  • Teamwork skills, proactivity, analytical thinking, scheduling and organization.
