Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a Brand Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing Team.

You will support the team in the execution of brand marketing activities, combining operational tasks with exposure to content production, brand projects and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with marketing, logistics, warehouses and external partners, contributing to the smooth execution of shootings, events and activations.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, while understanding how operational excellence supports brand storytelling.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting preparation of brand assets and content management, ensuring new contents are properly stored, organized and shared across internal and external platforms.
  • Assisting in product shootings, from product availability checks and sample handling to order insertion and coordination with logistics.
  • Supporting marketing-related warehouse activities, including orders, shipment monitoring and coordination with PR agencies.
  • Contributing to the execution of events, brand activations and influencer projects, supporting materials preparation, shipping and on-site needs.
  • Participate in team meetings about the development of new projects/campaigns and providing cross-functional support on special projects (lifestyle & sportstyle).
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reporting and marketing materials, and sharing assets with internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Fashion Management or related fields.
  • Strong ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and team-work attitude.
  • Hands-on, organized and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working on both operational and support activities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel; good familiarity with PowerPoint and Canva.
