Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Como. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the high standards that align with Sereno Hotel Group's reputation. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating hiring, ensuring food and beverage excellence, and delivering a world-class dining experience to guests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and managing team performance
- Strong Communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
- Commitment to upholding luxury standards and attention to detail
- Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or equivalent fine dining establishment preferred
