Accounting and Finance Specialist
" to be assigned to our Italy SRL operations located in
Bari

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
  • Proven experience in accounting operations, accounts receivable/payable management, and payment-collection processes,
  • Preferably proficient in Essanzia or similar accounting software,
  • Knowledgeable in bank transactions, cash management, income statement/balance sheet, and financial reporting,
  • Experience in tax, social security institution (SSI) and payroll accrual processes,
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Offices,
  • Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details, organized and result-oriented with strong reporting skills,
  • Ability to work in coordination with the Türkiye office, consultants, certified public accountants and legal advisors, with strong communication skills.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Accounting and Finance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes of Italy SRL are managed accurately, timely, and in compliance with legal regulations.

  • Recording and archiving of cash, bank and credit card transactions, customer/supplier invoices into the Essanzia system,
  • Processing sales invoices, expense invoices, tax–SSI(Social Security Institution)–payroll accruals,
  • Executing accounts reconciliation, payment schedules and online banking transactions,
  • Processing and tracking corporate payments such as meal cards, fuel cards through Pellegrino and Kwait systems,
  • Preparing monthly income statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports, archiving financial documents and sharing them with the Türkiye office,
  • Monitoring the company's official e-mail account and forwarding incoming documents to relevant departments,
  • Ensuring necessary correspondence and information flow withfinancial advisors, consultants and legal attorneys,
  • Providing support to daily office operations and preparing related documentation.
