In MT ORTHO progettiamo e produciamo dispositivi medici avanzati che supportano i chirurghi nel plasmare il futuro della chirurgia vertebrale.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Specialist che avrà un ruolo chiave in sala operatoria, lavorando fianco a fianco con i chirurghi per garantire che ogni impianto e ogni strumento offrano precisione, sicurezza e performance, là dove contano davvero: nelle mani dei professionisti e a beneficio dei pazienti.
Il tuo ruolo
Ti occuperai di:
● Costruire e consolidare relazioni cliniche con i principali ospedali e team chirurgici;
● Supportare i chirurghi durante gli interventi, offrendo competenza tecnica sui dispositivi MT ORTHO;
● Organizzare programmi formativi e sessioni pratiche per il personale sanitario;
● Collaborare con i team Sales ed Education per favorire l'adozione dei prodotti e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita;
● Monitorare le performance dell'area assegnata, individuando opportunità di crescita e condividendo analisi con il management;
● Promuovere l'innovazione in sala operatoria, facilitando l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie e soluzioni.
Chi cerchiamo
● Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica, Scienze della Vita o discipline affini;
● Esperienza nel settore medical devices, preferibilmente in ambito ortopedico o chirurgia spinale;
● Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con sicurezza in contesto chirurgico;
● Passione per la tecnologia, la precisione e l'apprendimento continuo;
● Padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese;
● Attitudine proattiva, orientamento alla soluzione dei problemi e disponibilità a viaggiare.
