Mission: in sinergia con la forza commerciale, essere il primo punto di contatto per i clienti, gestendo gli ordini e le richieste in ingresso in maniera tale da garantire al cliente un servizio adeguato e tempestivo.
Facilitare chiara e completa comunicazione circa le specifiche di prodotto nei confronti di clienti, assicurando così una informazione trasparente della nostra offerta.
Area di resposabilità e relative attività
Order Handling:
- Processare correttamente le diverse tipologie di ordine e assicurare che vengano consegnati secondo le condizioni concordate con il cliente
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento degli ordini oggetto di reclamo (es: prodotti mancanti, ritardi di consegna) tenendo in costante aggiornamento cliente e forza commerciale, provvedendo alla generazione di eventuali note credito quando necessario
- Assicurare tempestività nelle comunicazioni con i clienti per soddisfare i loro bisogni
- Risolvere eventuali problemi richiedendo il supporto della seconda e terza linea
- Registrare eventuali reclami e prendere la responsabilità per la loro soluzione al fine di assicurare riscontro in merito al cliente
- Inviare fatture pro-forma al cliente a monitorare lo stato di pagamento
- Cooperare con la terza linea (Supply Chain, 3PL, Production, Accounting, Controlling, Quality, Sales)
