Trucco e consulenzeEsegue make-up personalizzati.Offre consulenze su skincare leggera e trucco, spiegando come scegliere e applicare i prodotti giusti.Realizza demo dal vivo o mini-makeover per mostrare i risultati dei prodotti2. Vendita e customer serviceAiuta le clienti a scegliere e acquistare i prodotti giusti.Raggiunge obiettivi di vendita individuali e di team.3. Visual e organizzazioneMantiene il banco trucco e gli espositori puliti e ordinati.Si assicura che i tester siano in buono stato e che lo stand rifletta l'immagine del marchio.4. Formazione continuaPartecipa a training periodici su nuovi lanci, tecniche di trucco e strategie di vendita.Impara a raccontare la storia del brand e a trasmettere la sua personalitaViene offerto contratti iniziale di 6 mesi con la possibilita di un tempo indeterminato.
