Job Description
General legal support with a focus on company housekeeping of Group companies, contract management and legal operations.

Responsibilities
Individual accountabilities:

  • Maintain and organize the central legal document repository.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations.
  • Contribute to digitalization of legal processes and tools.

Shared Accountabilities

  • Support company housekeeping tasks for Group entities (e.g., collecting signatures, filings, corporate records).
  • Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.
  • Support digitalization of legal workflows and tools

Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders

  • General Counsel, and Legal Team
  • Purchasing, sales and business operations teams
  • IT

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; structured and detail-oriented.
  • Interest and aptitude in legal operations and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, CLM systems).
  • Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2/C1).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
