Property Manager - Italien (m/w/d)
unterstützt Du unser Operations Team vor Ort in Italien rund um den Comer-/ oder Gardasee.

Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung und Koordination der Instandhaltung des Immobilienportfolios in Italien.

  • Du planst und koordinierst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch externe Dienstleister und überprüfst die Qualität der Umsetzung.

  • Du überwachst Renovierungsarbeiten und koordinierst Handwerksunternehmen und Lieferanten.

Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im handwerklichen- oder Immobilienbereich, Innenarchitektur, Facility-Management, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar.

  • Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Immobilien und bist handwerklich geschickt.

  • Du besitzt umfassende Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Immobilien und der Planung und Kontrolle von baulichen Maßnahmen.

  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und viel Eigeninitiative.

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B.
