Based in Milan's Head Office, within the Retail Department reporting to Minor works & Maintenance Coordinator

MISSION

You will support maintenance and cleaning operations to preserve the aesthetic, architectural, and engineering conditions of Louis Vuitton boutiques in Italy, ensuring a high level of client experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support stores in their maintenance and cleaning needs, providing immediate actions and solutions.
  • Coordinate suppliers, oversee activity planning, and ensure follow-up and the highest quality standards for work, systems inspections, and cleaning operations.
  • Support the Minor Works & Maintenance Team in activities related to tender management and agreement drafting for maintenance and cleaning operations.
  • Order management and support for administrative processes.
  • Support the Minor works & Maintenance Team in liaising with EMEA to implement Store Planning projects (new layout, new furniture…)

Profile

Skills And Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Engineering field
  • Technical knowledge of retail environment maintenance
  • Analytical skills for reporting on store maintenance activities and budgets
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, problem-solving strengths, and team work ethics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCA
