, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a
Logistics Manager
to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage shipments
- Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills
- Enter customer orders into the management system
- Coordinate shipments to/from suppliers
- Perform data entry and maintain export/import records
- Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials
- Monitor and unblock export/import shipments
- Track shipment progress
- Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery
- Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations
- Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.)
.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping
- Experience and knowledge of handling
dangerous good
s - IATA and ADR certification
s are mandatory - Dynamic personality with high stress resilience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent English skills
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus
- Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills
