The team you will be a part of

You will be part of a distributed organization responsible for managing OEM Trade Partners. OEM Trade Partners are companies that entrust Beko with the production of appliances under their own brands. Beko manufactures for more than 50 OEM brands and is, for example, one of the key suppliers for IKEA kitchen appliances.

This role in summary

You will join the OEM Business Product Management team, supporting the development and lifecycle management of products manufactured for leading international OEM customers such as IKEA

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support product range development, portfolio tracking, and preparation of product presentations
  • Support product documentation and compliance activities, including user manuals, labels, and certifications (with a focus on Non-EU markets)
  • Maintain and manage Product Master Data, including SKU creation and lifecycle tracking (PI/PO)
  • Support with market and sales data analysis (e.g. GfK) and prepare OEM-specific insights
  • Support sample preparation and product-related activities using internal and customer-specific systems

Minimum requirements

  • Currently studying a Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Business Economics
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Exposure to Product Management, R&D, or Compliance topics
  • Familiarity with PLM/MDM systems or customer-specific tools
  • Interest in technical products and international business environments
