As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a high-performing
Sales Expert
to lead outreach to potential clients and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline. This is a key role within our commercial team and will directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

About the Role

The Sales Expert will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and converting prospective clients into long-term customers. You will own the early and mid stages of the sales cycle and work closely with management to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and expand our market presence.

This role is best suited for someone who is disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable with structured outbound sales activity (email, phone, CRM workflows, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, and phone
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs
  • Present Alfa Edu's programs and value proposition clearly and professionally
  • Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize messaging and outreach strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
  • Confidence engaging decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Structured, organized, and comfortable working with KPIs and targets
  • Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Background in education, training, SaaS, or professional services is a strong advantage
