Job Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the full spectrum of consumer insights initiatives — from research design to execution and delivery of actionable reports with clear business implications.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
-Translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform marketing, product, and business decisions.
-Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure user insights are embedded into business strategies.
-Maintain a deep understanding of target users through continuous engagement and long-term research programs.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in the field of consumer insights, proficient in various user research methods, processes, and related qualitative or quantitative models.
Proficiency in Italian and English, Chinese is a plus.
Prior experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred, and combined experience in the marketing field is a plus.
Excellent communication, logical thinking, and empathy skills.
