About the Role

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving operational excellence? Join our team as an
Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist
, reporting directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager. You'll play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare routings and identify sub-phases
  • Define cycle times, describe phases, and perform task element clocking
  • Analyze component feeding and prepare OPL/SOP documentation
  • Design, select, procure, and train on tools for material presentation and production
  • Design processes for standard logistic handling units
  • Organize materials at the line side
  • Balance production lines using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods
  • Analyze and implement kaizen activities to reduce Non-Value-Adding Activities (NVA)

  • CAD (Basic)
  • Time & Methods studies (Advance)
  • Clocking methods for standard time definition (Advance)
  • SAP (preferred)
  • Lean/WCM (Intermediate)
  • Innovation-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set

  • Time management and goal oriented, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
