  • Create a steady and calm flow in the kitchen.
  • Lead by example with clear communication and a positive attitude.

Organization & Prep

  • Plan and organize prep for each event day.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, structured, and well-maintained.
  • Communicate smoothly with departments such as events, bar, cleaning, farm, and maintenance.

Creativity & Seasonal Cooking

  • While our wedding menu is fixed, there is an opportunity to create a seasonal menu.
  • Use creativity to highlight produce from the farm and local suppliers.

  • Thrives in a multicultural environment

  • A supportive and value-driven workplace with a focus on communication and mindfulness
  • Workshops and shared practices focusing on mindfulness, communication, personal and professional growth and teamwork
