Senior Associate - Data Analyst

Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic and operational decisions across Marketing and various Business Units. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with advanced tools and programming languages, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights through clear storytelling and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and predictive analysis.

Advanced Analytics

  • Utilize market-leading tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to perform advanced analyses.
  • Develop analytical models to support data-driven decision-making.

Data Visualization & Insight Communication

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports for different business functions.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing teams to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Support various Business Units with tailored analyses and insights for strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business and marketing activities.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or marketing technology are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Full proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
    • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken
