We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects across designated regions. This role plays a critical function in driving successful collaboration and alignment between various internal departments — including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Procurement, Project Financing, Asset Management, Construction Management, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The manager will be responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Financial Close and into Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring all milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

In this position, the Project Manager will take ownership of planning, executing, and monitoring project activities while serving as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional coordination. They will be expected to build and maintain integrated project schedules and budgets, identify and manage risks, and ensure that all contractual, technical, and commercial requirements are fulfilled across the project lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align goals, maintain transparency, and support the financial structuring and technical documentation required for achieving financial close. Additionally, the manager will monitor performance indicators, implement efficiency measures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact renewable energy infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing complex infrastructure or utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders in international or regional contexts.
  • Solid understanding of project financing principles, procurement processes, and energy commercial frameworks (PPAs).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
