Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and talented
Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)
to work across Negri Firman's own projects and those of our clients.

Social Media and Digital Marketing Director

orking closely with the
Digital Marketing and Social Media,
PR, New Business teams. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a wide range of projects and brands with a core focus on digital and social design and animations, but also on decks, invites, flyers, posters, menus and presentations.

Joining the agency at a time of exciting change and expansion, the successful candidate will be confident in responding to briefs, taking constructive feedback, managing their time across multiple projects whilst hitting daily/weekly deadlines, and taking brand concepts and translating them into a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with multiple teams, translating brand strategy and storytelling into coherent, elevated visual solutions.

• Develop and execute a wide range of digital designs, visual identity elements and animations, from concept to final delivery, presenting ideas confidently and implementing revisions independently.

• Create mood boards and visual concepts grounded in research, cultural references, and strong creative thinking.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all visual outputs.

• Work across end-to-end design projects, including typography, layout, artworking, image-making and the creation of content for multi-platform use.

• Respond to briefs with clear, well-reasoned creative proposals supported by a defined visual direction.

• Articulate and justify design decisions, providing insight into process, rationale and references.

• Produce still and motion content for digital and social platforms using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma and more.

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.

• Take ownership of a diverse range of design projects and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.

• Participate actively in creative sessions, offering ideas, perspectives and visual solutions.

• Deliver impactful and refined designs for all media touchpoints, from digital assets to editorial layouts.

• Collaborate with senior team members, integrating feedback and elevating the creative output.

• Support the team throughout campaign and project execution, ensuring visual coherence and attention to detail at every stage.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

·     Min 3+ years of experience in a design role, with the ability to receive and interpret creative direction.

·     A portfolio that demonstrates creative ideas and well-crafted design and animation skills across various sectors. It could be lifestyle, luxury, arts, automotive, hospitality or fashion.

·     Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, Figma and Wordpress.

·     Able to create presentations on both PowerPoint and Keynote.

·     Detailed and thorough attitude to your work, with excellent attention to detail.

·     Problem solving and workload organization skills.

·     Good understanding of design fundamentals and limitations of online/offline design work, social media-oriented design and typography.

·     Willingness to work at the office, with the team, in a hybrid setting.

·   
Professional level both Italian and English proficiency.

·     Ideally available for immediate start.
