Sales Representative Commercial Sicilia

This role is responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area (Sicily) by developing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers. It involves analyzing commercial and financial data, applying sales methodologies, and ensuring accurate reporting to support business decisions. The position also contributes to business growth and brand development through close collaboration with the Sales Manager and active team.
Job Description
The position reports to the Head of Sales Replacement Truck Italy South and is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets in the Sicily region. The role focuses on developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers, while ensuring consistent monitoring and analysis of commercial and financial data for the assigned client portfolio. It also involves applying defined sales methodologies and tools, ensuring accurate reporting, and actively collaborating with the Manager to propose initiatives that support business growth and enhance the company's brand image in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Define the annual sales plan in alignment with the Manager, based on business objectives, commercial strategy, and market potential analysis of the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct regular analysis of commercial and financial results for the assigned client portfolio
Apply sales methodologies and tools according to agreed timelines and processes (e.g., weekly visit plans, customer visit reports, area meetings, account management activities)
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of required reports and forecasts (sales performance, customer activities, and sales projections)
Actively contribute to team spirit by sharing objectives, methods, information, and best practices to support overall team success
Requirements
Technical diploma or bachelor's degree
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar sales role
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently with a strong results orientation
High willingness to travel within the assigned area
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base
Residence in Eastern Sicily
