Reporting to the Group Chief Underwriting Officer, this hybrid position bridges technical pricing with strategic portfolio oversight. It is designed to optimize the underwriting strategy through precise risk pricing models and to monitor portfolio performance to identify trends, anomalies,and growth opportunities.

Description
- Develop and maintain pricing models
- Build and refine actuarial pricing models tailored tovarious products and regions, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and strategic pricing guidelines. Ensure models are well documented and reviewed regularly for accuracy.
- Monitor portfolio performance
- Track key metrics including loss ratios, combined ratios, andpolicy growth. Analyze trends and deviations and generate insights to inform management decisions and corrective actions.
- Support business development Collaborate with underwriting and market teams to identify opportunities for growth. Provide scenario analyses, pricing simulations, and data to evaluate and support product launches and market entries.
- Cross-functional collaboration Engage actively with CUO, central underwriting, MMGA team, Head of Markets, and senior management to ensure alignment between actuarial work and business strategy.
- Contribute to strategic reviews Support the company's roadmap, budget, and regular performance reviews by delivering high-quality actuarial analyses, insights, and risk indicators.
Profile
- Master's degree in actuarial, Insurance or a related field.
- Business or actuarial school background preferred
- Minimum 7 years in actuarial science, pricing, or portfolio analysis in the insurance industry.
- Experience in pricing retail insurance portfolios
- Experience in digital insurance context
