Are you looking to kick start your sales career? If so, you might be the person that we are looking for to join our Service Sales team in our Cernusco sul Naviglio Office in Italy
We are currently looking for a Graduate Paired Inside Sales to join our team, part of the Agilent CrossLab Group. In this role, you will be supporting the whole Italian Service Sales Team, mainly to manage Public Tenders and will have the opportunity to participate in sales-related activities, typically on the phone, promoting and selling service contracts, verify Customer's installed base and other data-cleanup projects, prospecting for upselling opportunities and many more. You will contribute to the achievement of our Country Service Sales Target, by participating in Projects defined together with Sales Management and Sales Specialists.
This entry-level position is an excellent place to start a Sales career, learning by working together with experienced Account Managers and Sales Agents. You will collaborate closely with the local Field Service organization, the Instrument Sales Teams and the other members of the Service Sales team.
The role is a hybrid position with 3 days from our Cernusco sul Naviglio Office, and 2 days from Home Office (optional). Occasionally you will visit customers onsite in collaboration with Senior Account Managers - an opportunity to gain direct consultative sales experience in preparation to a future field-sales role.
QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with the following background:
A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Scientific Field
Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma or Chemical Analysis Laboratory environment would be a valued asset
Some sales experience would be a plus, typically in Inside sales roles, but not a must
Mother-tongue Italian, B2/C1 level in English is a must
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Working knowledge of Office, in particular Excel; some experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a nice to have
