Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Cost Control

  • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

Quality Assurance

  • Oversee installation and commissioning activities to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to validate equipment performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields; or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English & Italian in writing and speaking
  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment or cross functional scope
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project documentation (PMO)
  • Experience with creating project reports and presentations
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus
