IT MANAGER.
L'IT & Systems Manager è responsabile della gestione e del presidio dell'infrastruttura IT aziendale, assicurando l'efficienza operativa, la sicurezza dei sistemi e la continuità dei servizi. Il ruolo comprende la gestione dei sistemi ERP, delle piattaforme cloud, delle reti aziendali, dei sistemi di videosorveglianza e dei dispositivi mobili e dei client Windows, oltre al coordinamento del team IT e al costante confronto con gli stakeholder aziendali.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Gestire e ottimizzare i sistemi ERP per supportare le attività aziendali, inclusi i reparti Retail ed e-commerce
  • Amministrare e mantenere piattaforme cloud (Google Workspace) a supporto della produttività e collaborazione aziendale
  • Implementare e monitorare soluzioni di sicurezza informatica, inclusi antivirus e sistemi EDR centralizzati
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il team IT, definendo priorità e assegnando compiti
  • Configurare e gestire firewall e infrastrutture di rete aziendale per garantire la sicurezza perimetrale e interna
  • Supervisionare installazione e manutenzione dei sistemi di videosorveglianza (CCTV)
  • Gestire dispositivi mobili aziendali e client Windows, assicurandone funzionalità e sicurezza
  • Redigere documentazione tecnica e report sull'infrastruttura IT, sulle attività e sulle performance del team

Requisiti

  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione e implementazione di sistemi ERP
  • Conoscenza approfondita di Google Workspace
  • Competenze avanzate in sicurezza informatica, con focus su antivirus e EDR
  • Esperienza nella configurazione e gestione di firewall e reti aziendali
  • Familiarità con sistemi di videosorveglianza (CCTV) e gestione di dispositivi di rete
  • Capacità di gestire e supportare dispositivi mobili e client Windows
  • Ottime capacità di problem-solving e attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholder aziendali
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
  • Disponibilità a trasferte.

Si Offre

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
  • Orario di lavoro: full time.
  • RAL commisurata all'esperienza ed alle capacità del/la candidato/a (50K-60K).
  • Sede di lavoro Napoli.
  • Modalità di lavoro: in sede.
