We are looking for a 
Junior Event Manager & Business Development Associate
 to join our international team. The ideal candidate is an Italian-speaking professional, fluent in English, with a passion for 
innovation, technology, and luxury fashion
.

Your role:

You will support the planning and execution of 
high-level events
 and 
innovation initiatives
, while actively managing relationships within our growing ecosystem of 
startups, brands, universities, and investors
. You'll also contribute to 
business development activities
, helping Limitless expand its partnerships and presence globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support 
    event planning and management
     (both online and in-person).
  • Manage communication and relationships with 
    partners, startups, and brands
     in our ecosystem.
  • Support 
    business development activities
    , from lead generation to partnership follow-up.
  • Contribute to 
    social media and community engagement
     related to events and initiatives.
  • Assist with 
    presentation decks, proposals, and reports
     using Google Suite.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree completed (preferably in management, communication, or fashion/luxury studies).
  • Fluent in Italian and English
     (written and spoken).
  • Some experience in 
    event organization
     and/or 
    business development
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Google Suite
     (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
