stagista motivato e appassionato di viaggi
da inserire nel nostro team per un'esperienza formativa nel mondo del travel design di lusso.

9 mesi

Orario:
40 ore settimanali

Parma

Inizio previsto:

Attività dello stage

Durante il percorso formativo, lo stagista affiancherà il team nelle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto nella comprensione delle richieste dei clienti internazionali
  • Collaborazione nell'organizzazione di esperienze di viaggio (hotel, escursioni, trasferimenti e servizi accessori)
  • Assistenza nella preparazione di documenti di viaggio e preventivi
  • Supporto nella gestione delle comunicazioni con fornitori e clienti
  • Partecipazione alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche operative

Requisiti richiesti

  • Percorso di studi in ambito turistico, linguistico o affini (laurea triennale, magistrale o ITS)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Conoscenza di Office o Google Suite
  • Forte motivazione e passione per il settore dei viaggi
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team
  • Capacità di gestire lo stress e ritmi di lavoro dinamici

Costituirà titolo preferenziale:

  • Conoscenza di altre lingue straniere
  • Precedenti esperienze (anche brevi) nel settore turistico
  • Approccio orientato al cliente e capacità di problem solving
