M&A Senior Analyst
La figura ricercata sarà inserita nel Team M&A, a diretto riporto del VP, e si occuperà di:
- costruzione di modelli finanziari e realizzazione di analisi di valutazione, fusioni e altre operazioni finanziarie;
- redazione di presentazioni per operazioni di M&A o per dialoghi strategici con i Clienti;
- interazione con colleghi di diversi settori, paesi e aree di prodotto durante le fasi di origination ed execution;
- svolgimento di analisi di settore e di società a supporto dello sviluppo del business e per necessità specifiche.
Requisiti:
- Laurea Specialistica in Economia - Finanza;
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza in Investment Banking presso una banca d'investimento o una boutique di corporate finance;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;
- capacità di lavorare in team e in autonomia.
