Join us in the heart of Milan, Italy, as an HVAC Lead in the dynamic and rapidly evolving liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in HVAC systems while playing a pivotal role in the commissioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art facilities. Role Overview
- Commissioning Conductor: Take charge of the commissioning process for HVAC equipment at MZLNG facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Engineering Phase Supervisor: Actively supervise the contractor during the engineering phase, ensuring that HVAC equipment is commissioned to the highest standards.
- FAT Participant: Engage in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required, validating equipment performance before it reaches the site.
- Interface Manager: Oversee all interfaces between contractors and other on-site teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Safety Coordinator: Actively coordinate with all parties involved to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to project schedules.
- Asset Deliverer: Ensure that well-commissioned HVAC equipment is handed over to Operations in excellent condition.
- Contractual Guardian: Hold contractors accountable for fulfilling their contractual obligations regarding HVAC commissioning.
- Scheduling Supervisor: Supervise the preparation and scheduling of HVAC activities, guaranteeing that milestones are met safely and on time.
- Quality Assurance Leader: Ensure all HVAC equipment is built according to project specifications, meeting industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) operations and systems.
- Strong auditing skills related to HVAC commissioning processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems or project management are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC commissioning, particularly in LNG or similar industrial environments.
