We are currently on the lookout for a Front of House Assistant (Service and Sales) to join our amazing team. It's a big job You will be part of a team of awesome Yugoers across the globe, who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students.

You'll need great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels.

  • Capacità organizzative: Per gestire prenotazioni, informazioni e documenti in modo efficiente.
  • Proattività: Per anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e proporre soluzioni creative.
  • Ottime doti comunicative: Per interagire con gli ospiti in modo efficace e persuasivo.
  • Passione per il mondo dell'ospitalità: Per rendere ogni soggiorno un'esperienza unica.
  • The ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Highly organized with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly.
  • Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
  • Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness.
  • Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy
