A leading Global Beauty Group is seeking a
Demand Planner
to be based in their offices in Milan.

Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning global demand plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and support the local S&OP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and

Finance, following the established monthly cycle.

 Prepare and communicate final product forecasts to Supply Chain teams.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing regarding demand

planning and forecasting.

 Ensure full alignment between commercial plans and demand plans.

 Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, developing mitigation

strategies and ensuring clear communication to internal stakeholders.

 Deliver regular reporting and analysis on key KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias,

rejections, and monthly forecast changes.

What we look for:

 Solid experience in Demand Planning, ideally within the perfume/fragrance,

cosmetics, beauty, or mass-market sectors, with at least 2 years in a demand

planning role.

 Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or engineering.

 Ideally, experience with FuturMaster as a Demand Planning tool.

 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.

 Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 Highly analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving global supply chain environment.

 Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus).
