Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Private Chef position located in Sardinia. The Chef will work with the team and the House Manager who oversee daily operations within a luxury villa, coordinating with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of culinary service, coordinating with the assistant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the management of daily amenities and services in the kitchen. Clear communication and a commitment to personalised service are key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in private villas
• +3 years experience (apply if you have at list 3-4 references from previous house managers or house staff)
• Exceptional communication skills for interactions with both guests and team members.
• Competence in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a top-tier cooking experience.
• Foundational skills in international cooking to manage meal preparations.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in private high-level hospitality and villas.
