Senior Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading company in the automation and intralogistics sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their state-of-the-art distribution center in Sedico, Veneto.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability, professional growth, and a clear pathway toward supervisory or leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on all automated systems and machinery within the facility.
  • Execute both mechanical and electrical maintenance on storage, transport, sorting, and picking systems.
  • Record all maintenance activities and failures accurately in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Provide technical support to ensure high system uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in all machinery and work areas.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing system performance and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial or automated environments.
  • Strong general maintenance background with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Legal authorization to work in Italy.
  • Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written); basic English skills preferred.
  • Strong motivation for career development and readiness to assume greater responsibilities in the future.
