A rapidly growing renewable-energy developer is looking for a
Land Manager (Acquisition)
to support the expansion of large-scale solar and agrivoltaic projects across Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team building impactful clean-energy projects that contribute directly to Italy's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for solar and agrivoltaic development
  • Conduct site visits and build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, agencies, and local stakeholders
  • Negotiate land lease and acquisition agreements
  • Support technical and environmental feasibility assessments
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across the full land-sourcing process

About You

  • 1–4+ years' experience in land scouting, real estate, agriculture, energy development, or similar
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing regular travel
  • Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Motivated by renewable energy and Italy's clean-energy transition
