We're seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. The role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.

Starting January 2026 this role will be based in our offices in Milan, on a hybrid working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, reporting, and month-end close (mainly OPEX), including tracking actuals vs targets and supporting budget, forecast, and 3-year strategic plans.
  • Support EMEA consolidation through report/template preparation and data analysis.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from senior finance leaders during closing and planning cycles.
  • Contribute to process improvements, standardization, automation, and digitalization (data modeling & visualization).
  • Collaborate with FP&A colleagues across EHQ and broader finance teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Business, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to BI tools and AI.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (B2 or above)
  • Solid analytical skills and understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities; proactive attitude.
