Project Management Specialist - Project Planner
da inserire presso la sede di Firenze.
La Risorsa andrà a svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Garantisce l'implementazione del progetto, assicurando che i work package e i vincoli siano correttamente integrati nello scenario di pianificazione del progetto, utilizzando strumenti di pianificazione come MS Project o Primavera P6, ove applicabile.
- È responsabile del monitoraggio dell'avanzamento e della produzione di previsioni accurate.
- Assicura che le altre funzioni abbiano accesso a report e previsioni aggiornate e accurate e che i report pertinenti siano disponibili per il cliente.
- Individua e segnala criticità negli approcci, metodi, procedure e processi, proponendo miglioramenti.
- Gestisce la comunicazione con i colleghi diretti e con il business per quanto riguarda la raccolta e l'analisi dei dati.
- Contribuisce al progetto come membro del team. Gli obiettivi di lavoro richiedono generalmente 1–3 mesi per essere completati e i risultati sono visibili immediatamente o entro 1–2 mesi.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno due anni
- Competenza obbligatoria nell'utilizzo di strumenti di pianificazione come MS Project e/o Primavera P6.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
Caratteristiche desiderate:
- Spiccate capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta.
- Forti competenze interpersonali e di leadership.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
- Ottime capacità di problem solving.

- RAL a euro in base all'expertise
- Durata: 12 mesi in somministrazione con possibilità futura di inserimento diretto in azienda
