Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager, based in Cagliari. The Reservations Manager will handle daily tasks such as managing booking inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth communication with guests and property owners. The role also includes maintaining high levels of customer service, implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, and training team members to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will contribute to a professional and positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Reservations and Customer Service to manage bookings and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, property owners, and team members.
  • Sales expertise to implement strategies that enhance revenue and meet occupancy goals.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members for effective operations.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cagliari with flexibility to meet operational demands.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or vacation rental management is an advantage.
