Regulatory Affairs Intern
.
Attività previste
-Supporto documentale e normativo:
- raccolta, revisione e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica necessaria al PIF (Product Information File).
- Verifica delle schede tecniche e delle SDS (Safety Data Sheet) fornite dai fornitori di materie prime.
- Controllo della conformità degli INCI alle nomenclature ufficiali (EU/INCI)
-Supporto nella raccolta e predisposizione della documentazione regolatoria per la registrazione dei prodotti in paesi extra-UE.
-Etichettatura e packaging:
- Verifica dei claim e delle etichette multilingua per garantire conformità al Reg. (CE) 1223/2009 e linee guida UE.
- Revisione dei mock-up grafici dei packaging e dei materiali di comunicazione prima della stampa (supporto team marketing e trade).
-Procedure di notifica e registrazione:
- Supporto nella preparazione e sottomissione delle notifiche su CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).
- Aggiornamento database interni con i dati di notifica.
-Supporto controllo e aggiornamento normativo:
- Monitoraggio delle novità normative (es. nuove restrizioni ingredienti, linee guida UE, SCCS opinions).
-Supporto cross-funzionale:
- Collaborazione con il team di Sviluppo Prodotto per la raccolta delle informazioni tecniche/formulative necessarie alla documentazione.
- Interazione con fornitori e terze parti (es. laboratori di test, packaging supplier) per richieste di documentazione o certificati.
Requisiti richiesti
- Laurea (conseguita o in corso) in Farmacia, Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche, Chimica, Biotecnologie, Scienze e Tecnologie Cosmetiche o discipline affini
- Master in Regulatory Affairs è gradito
- Conoscenza normativa del Regolamento (CE) 1223/2009 per i cosmetici e interesse verso le normative di sicurezza di prodotti (REACH, CLP, GMP ISO 22716)
- Desiderio di comprendere come la normativa influenzi lo sviluppo e la sicurezza di un prodotto
- Buone capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità comunicative
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office
