Product Marketing Manager

Per azienda italiana nella progettazione e produzione di sensori per il gas ricerchiamo un Marketing e Product Specialist.
La risorsa ideale è una persona operativa con forte attitudine all'organizzazione, dinamica ed intraprendente, che ha maturato esperienze analoghe come product manager con un forte orientamento al costante miglioramento dei processi interni.
- Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Implementazione operazioni di marketing, in linea con la strategia del marketing;
- Creazione di contenuti in ambito social (prevalentemente LinkedIn) relativi la comunicazione di prodotti tecnologici
- Sviluppo progetti strategici di visibilità ed immagine aziendale
- Coordinamento fiere nazionali ed internazionali
- Presentazioni del brand a clienti nazionali ed internazionali
- Coordinamento delle attività relative al piano marketing web marketing e social media marketing
- Definizione argomentazioni di vendita e materiali di supporto al team commerciale
- Proposta e gestione sviluppo nuovi prodotti basandosi su analisi di mercato, indagini e ricerche e trend report
Si richiede:
- Capacità creativa e visione artistica, oltre alla forte motivazione, buona dialettica, riservatezza e discrezione.
- Il lavoro viene sviluppato in un mercato di nicchia e fortemente tecnico; pertanto, si richiede una persona che abbia un minimo di esperienza in settori simili o comunque tecnologici
- Il lavoro da svolgere prevede inoltre disponibilità e flessibilità, grande senso dell'organizzazione, ordine, metodo e precisione.
Le skills minime richieste sono:
- Attitudine alla ricerca, all'innovazione ed alla condivisione di nuove proposte
- Visione strategica per lo sviluppo del brand
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Abilità nell'utilizzo degli strumenti del pacchetto office
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software gestionali
- Attitudine al problem solving.

- Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze da definire in base al profilo del candidato
