Our mission is to help global teams grow, communicate effectively, and perform at their best. We are looking for a motivated Client Operations Associate to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences.

About the Role

As a Client Operations Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating learning programs, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting clients throughout the entire process. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the corporate learning and professional development sector.

You will collaborate closely with trainers, coaches, clients, and our internal team to ensure each program is delivered efficiently and with excellent service.

Responsibilities

Program & Course Coordination

  • Organize and schedule coaching sessions, courses, and workshops
  • Coordinate calendars, instructors, client materials, and logistics
  • Monitor program progress and ensure smooth delivery

Client Support & Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for client requests
  • Support participants with information, materials, and scheduling
  • Assist during client visits and events

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Manage documentation, data entry, and internal tracking
  • Prepare proposals and service outlines
  • Support billing and reporting processes
  • Assist in general business operations and office organization

Event & Workshop Support

  • Help prepare learning materials and event setups
  • Support onsite and online events
  • Attend external events representing the company

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in admin, coordination, or client support is a plus (not required)
