  • Hai massimo 29 anni e desideri entrare nel mondo del lavoro.

Requisiti:

Al termine del
Talent Program
, sarai in grado di:

  • Sviluppare trattative commerciali, visitando con regolarità i clienti all'interno della zona di competenza.
  • Offrire consulenza personalizzata grazie alla conoscenza tecnica acquisita sui prodotti.
  • Creare un rapporto di fiducia ed essere un punto di riferimento per il cliente.
  • Gestire in collaborazione con i team E-commerce e Inside Sales il pacchetto clienti.

Talent Program
:

  • Un percorso di formazione coinvolgente, dove potrai apprendere tecniche di vendita e utilizzare in prima persona i prodotti.
  • Un District Manager in zona che sarà il tuo punto di riferimento e ti supporterà nel tuo percorso professionale.
  • Contratto di apprendistato, composto da RAL + variabile.
  • Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo, carta carburante, telepass e diaria giornaliera.
  • Strumenti digitali per svolgere al meglio la tua attività.
