EY-Parthenon ricerca un Manager per Milano e Roma, che affianchi acquirenti e venditori nel processo di M&A fornendo due diligence finanziarie con approccio olistico e multidisciplinare e supportando i clienti fino alla strutturazione contrattuale del deal.

Your key responsibilities

  • Affiancare acquirenti e venditori nel processo di M&A
  • Fornire due diligence finanziarie con approccio multidisciplinare
  • Supportare i clienti fino alla strutturazione contrattuale del deal

Skills and attributes for success

  • Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in attività di transaction support in boutique, società di consulenza o fondi di Private Equity
  • Ottima padronanza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali IFRS
  • Capacità di comprendere e interpretare dati finanziari, documentazione commerciale e report
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, al problem solving e spiccate capacità di analisi
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, e preferibilmente dei principali strumenti di analytics
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Ideally, you'll also

  • Esperienza in contesti internazionali o progetti cross-border
  • Familiarità con strumenti digitali e tecnologie emergenti applicate alla due diligence
