The Marketing Automation Specialist Intern in HRMwill support the execution of automated marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, contributing to the creation and management of email, SMS, and push communications. Through daily activities and mentoring, the role will provide hands-on exposure to audience segmentation, workflow configuration, and campaign optimization. The intern will also learn how to monitor campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with data privacy and governance standards.Your Next Project

We are looking for professionals who are ready to make their skills available and explore new contexts or stimulating projects, or eager to deepen different areas of responsibility. If that's you, you'll be a key piece of our success thanks to:

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing principles and digital communication channels.

  • Introductory knowledge of HTML, useful for understanding and customizing email templates.

  • Strong interest in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing.

  • Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and bounce rate.

  • Strong knowledge of the English language (level C1)
