Controller
che supporti la Direzione nella gestione economico-finanziaria e nel miglioramento dei processi aziendali.


Cosa farai

  • Gestione e sviluppo del controllo di gestione.
  • Budget annuale, forecast e analisi scostamenti.
  • Reportistica mensile per la Direzione (KPI, margini, costi, dati logistici).
  • Analisi dei costi e dei margini per prodotti, clienti e categorie.
  • Collaborazione con logistica, acquisti, marketing, pricing e BI.
  • Supporto al business plan e ai progetti strategici.
  • Allineamento tra dati gestionali e contabili in sinergia con l'amministrazione.
  • Proposte di miglioramento e digitalizzazione dei processi di controllo.


Chi cerchiamo

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o affini.
  • Min. 3 anni di esperienza come Controller, preferibilmente in contesti distributivi/commerciali (aziende medio-grandi, non multinazionali).
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di BI.
  • Conoscenza base dei principi contabili.
  • Capacità di lettura del bilancio e visione delle dinamiche economico-finanziarie.
