Come Portfolio Officer, contribuirai a dare forma e struttura alla governance dei progetti, assicurando coerenza, tracciabilità e visibilità sull'avanzamento delle iniziative aziendali.
Supporterai il coordinamento e il monitoraggio del portfolio, lavorando a stretto contatto con team progettuali, business owner e stakeholder trasversali.
Avrai un ruolo chiave nel consolidare processi, dati e strumenti, contribuendo a rafforzare l'efficacia operativa e la qualità informativa.
- Curerai la qualità, l'aggiornamento e la coerenza dei dati progettuali nei tool di portfolio management;
- Supporterai la creazione di report periodici e dashboard, traducendo lo stato dei progetti in insight chiari e leggibili;
- Faciliterai l'allineamento tra team e stakeholder, assicurando visibilità su milestone, KPI e punti critici;
- Verificherai la conformità dei dati progettuali rispetto a standard e template condivisi;
- Collaborerai alla definizione e al miglioramento continuo dei processi PMO, portando ordine nei flussi e nei framework di lavoro;
- Sosterrai una cultura progettuale orientata alla qualità, alla sintesi e alla misurabilità dell'avanzamento.
- Hai 2–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli come PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator o Portfolio Analyst in contesti strutturati;
- Conosci e utilizzi strumenti di project governance (Jira, Confluence, Excel avanzato, Power BI, Looker Studio);
- Sei abituatə a lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente, mantenendo una visione d'insieme ordinata e aggiornata;
- Possiedi precisione, capacità di sintesi e orientamento al dato;
- Hai dimestichezza con processi di rendicontazione, milestone tracking, effort reporting e monitoraggio KPI.
- Un background formativo in ingegneria gestionale, economia, management o affini;
- Conoscenza di metodologie Agile o framework di governance;
- Certificazioni o corsi in ambito Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, ecc.);
- Propensione al miglioramento continuo e alla collaborazione con team multidisciplinari;
- Interesse per la trasformazione digitale e i modelli organizzativi agili.
