Purpose Of The Position
As Base and Yard Assets Engineer you will be part of the ABSER within OFYA. You will support the realization of approved new infrastructures initiatives as well as the development of new Yard/Base, the Yard/Base infrastructures upgrading, the Yard/Base infrastructures refurbishment and the Yard/Base infrastructures extraordinary maintenance.

How can you support us?
We Are Looking For a Young Resource With Civil And Geotechnical Knowledge To Work In The OFYA Team (Yard Maintenance And Asset Improvement). In The First Two Years The Resource Will Be Involved In The Following Main Activities Under The Supervision And Support Of Our Senior Civil Engineers

• Modification and updating of existing Yard infrastructure drawings.
• Implementation architectural and basic drawings of elementary structures.
• Geotechnical calculations and basic design of concrete and steel structure.
• Implementation of technical specification and scope of work of engineering and construction activities.
• Technical bid evaluation of engineering and construction bid.
• Supervision and coordination of engineering and construction activities.
• Requisitioning of Work Order, Purchase Request and Service Entry.
• Document control and internal archive follow up.

What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (structural / hydraulic / geotechnical / environmental)

Background:
No previous experience required

Languages:
Italian / English

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to read and execute technical drawings.
• Ability to use structural and geotechnical software (Sap 2000, Straus, Plaxis, Paratie, etc.).

What else should you know?
Availability to work abroad for short mission or for long period in expatriate contract.
