Come City Manager, ti occuperai della gestione quotidiana delle operazioni legate al nostro servizio di mobilità urbana. Gestione della flotta di veicoli, dei team locali e dei partner logistici esterni, ottimizzazione delle performance e della disponibilità: sarai tu al centro delle attività necessarie per mantenere i nostri veicoli sulle strade, pronti all'uso.
Promuovendo l'efficienza, ottimizzando i KPI e adottando decisioni basate sui dati, il City Manager garantisce un equilibrio tra riduzione dei costi e crescita dei ricavi, contribuendo in modo determinante allo sviluppo sostenibile del business. Il City Manager riporterà direttamente all'Area Manager e collaborerà strettamente con i team italiani.

IL RUOLO E IL TUO IMPATTO

Operations

Gestire i KPI operativi della tua città (es.: disponibilità della flotta, numero di utenti attivi), monitorandoli quotidianamente, settimanalmente e mensilmente.Garantire che i veicoli da riparare tornino rapidamente su strada per generare ricavi.Assumere la piena responsabilità del P&L, utilizzando le leve disponibili per bilanciare crescita e redditività.Assicurare un posizionamento strategico della flotta attraverso analisi e progetti innovativi.Rappresentare l'azienda in eventi locali e regionali e comunicare con gli stakeholder rilevanti.

Gestione del team

Assicurare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e garantire il rispetto delle procedure.Collaborare strettamente con i tuoi diretti riporti, mantenendo al contempo una relazione solida con tutti i membri del team.Organizzare performance review e riunioni mensili del team.Trascorrere tempo sul campo per comprendere le problematiche operative quotidiane.Promuovere il benessere del team: la soddisfazione sarà misurata due volte l'anno tramite NPS interno.Selezionare e sviluppare un team capace di contribuire al futuro dell'azienda.

COMPETENZE E QUALIFICHE IDEALI

Esperienza di leadership: almeno 1 anno nella gestione di team da 20+ persone, inclusi Supervisor, oppure almeno 1 anno di gestione nel settore della micromobilità.Mentalità imprenditoriale: capacità di assumersi responsabilità, prendere decisioni autonomamente e rispondere dei risultati.Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative: garantisci chiarezza, allineamento e puntuale esecuzione dei progetti mantenendo il team coinvolto.Atteggiamento proattivo e positivo: prendi iniziativa, affronti le sfide e promuovi un clima costruttivo.Leadership attraverso l'esempio: ispiri e motivi con le tue azioni, favorendo un ambiente inclusivo, rispettoso e collaborativo.Analisi e orientamento al business: approccio data-driven, capacità di interpretare dati, individuare trend e trasformarli in azioni concrete.Lingue: fluente in italiano e inglese.
