Responsibilities
Our Brand Partnership Team is responsible for driving business, helping advertisers meet their branding goals, and building long term relationships with beauty industries across the Spanish region. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands and agencies.
Responsibilities:
Lead as a strategic consultant by guiding clients through digital transformation using TikTok's unique platform capabilities. Drive client success through industry insights and emerging trends.
Prioritize and manage the sales pipeline to capture high-impact opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
Develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.
Surpass sales and digital transformation goals by driving results that enable clients to effectively engage with audiences and maximize ROI on TikTok.
Deliver consultative, data-rich presentations that combine TikTok solutions with broader digital trends, inspiring stakeholder alignment and commitment to change.
Engage C-suite executives with a strong consulting presence, positioning TikTok as a key driver in clients' digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in media sales, performance advertising, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience
High oral and/or written fluency in Greek and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/vendors across Greece, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a MediaSales/Partnerships role
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital marketing funnel - specifically performance marketing
Good knowledge of the beauty industry landscape
Good understanding of media and creative agency landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
